BEST EQUIPPED BOXING ROOMS Not only is DePaepe’s the finest equipped club in reference to cardiovascular conditioning and resistance training, we also offer a fully equipped boxing area at both of our facilities. The rooms are privately located and equipped far better than most private boxing clubs. The boxing rooms include the finest available heavy bags of various weight, several sizes of speed bags, double-end bags, undercut bags, wrecking ball and medicine balls. Both rooms are also equipped with plenty of electric timers to help pace your training.
CARDIOVASCULAR Our cardiovascular arena is equipped with cardio vision televisions and over thirty awesome machines of every imaginable configuration, including many new pieces that our competitors simply to do not offer. The quality and variety of our cardiovascular equipment is unmatched anywhere. Treadmills, Elliptical runners, Free runners, Recumbent bikes, Rowers, Stairmasters, Versa climbers, Step mills, and Crossrobic machines. You name it, we have it, and by the best manufactures who make it! No time limits are put on your use of equipment at DePaepe’s and there is no waiting list to sign either, they have purchased enough of everything to meet customer demand.
POWER ROOM Like most every club today, DePaepe’s finds it necessary to maintain a reasonably controlled and comfortable atmosphere to appeal to and not intimidate the general public. However, unlike most every other club that discourages or even disallows the loud and aggressive nature of power lifters, DePaepe’s has gone to great expense to create a privately located Power Area that is equipped to satisfy any world class lifter. The room includes massive multi-use Hammer Strength power racks, dead lift platforms, an extra heavy set of fixed barbells, and dumbbells that go to 200lbs! All Olympic plates in this area are exact precision machined york plates. The Power Room is located on the lower level of our Davenport location. DePaepe’s is an Official Hammer Strength Training Facility.
